Founded in 1976 by Warren Hines, xl! has redefined “full-service marketing”. With a diverse array of services—from marketing communications to e-commerce website development—xl! has invested in the talent and resources required to keep up with the changing face of marketing today.

Our primary goal has always been to provide a one-stop resource for busy clients who don’t want to sacrifice quality for speed. xl! is located in Rolling Meadows, just a short drive from metropolitan Chicago. In our 7,000 square-foot facility, we maintain a full staff of professionals to support our comprehensive list of services, from digital to print to multimedia.

Team Leaders

Warren Hines, President, is a visionary entrepreneur who founded xl! in 1976 to provide clients with a firm that would bridge the gap between traditional marketing communications and cutting edge digital marketing trends. As an experienced videographer, he added a complete photography studio and editing suite to the company’s facility, expanding the resources even farther.

Carly Perez, Vice President, joined xl! in 1999 to oversee the organizational needs for client and project management. She created a system that turned hectic multi-tasking into a finely tuned performance machine. Carly’s background in business management, meticulous attention to detail, high standards for creativity and performance, and tireless dedication to follow-through have enabled xl! to maintain its high levels of customer satisfaction.
